With the Kansas City Chiefs kicking of OTAs today, the fact that Trent Green isn’t yet a member of the Miami Dolphins is big news. Green will report to the Chiefs’ OTAs today, and according to John Clayton he’s not very happy about it. There was even a rumor circulating last night that the Dolphins’ plane was at the Kansas City airport. Looks like that rumor was bogus, because a credible news source would’ve certainly broken the story by now.
Now, something could still happen today, but it’s not likely. The Chiefs may soon cave, however, when they realize how big of a distraction, not to mention how dangerous, it is to have Green report under these circumstances.
