Kelly Campbell was cut by the Miami Dolphins on July 5th. According to Alex Marvez of the Sun-Sentinel, Campbell was arrested in Atlanta 2 days prior to that for possession of marijuana and Exctacy, both felonies. The Dolphins refused to comment on the subject.
