The Miami Dolphins have started their first day of rookie training camp practice under new HC Cam Cameron. All rookies, sans Ginn, were on the field, as was veteran QB Trent Green.
The following is a brief overview of the morning session as reported by Sun-Sentinel reporter Kevin Clark.
Lorenzo Booker: Is fielding all punts with Ginn still yet to report.
Brandon Fields: Has been handling the majority of the punt duties.
Trent Green: Is not working in 7 on 7 drills but is working on individual drills.
John Beck: Has thus far been the only QB to throw an interception. Courtney Bryan was the one who made the pick.
Kerry Reed: Caught several over the middle passes all from Beck.
QBs: All 4 QBs are at the practices. Green, Lemon, Hamdan, and Beck.
Abraham Wright: Off to a shaky start in 1 on 1 pass defense drills, the LB was flagged once and beaten by WR Ray Perkins on another.
