Miamis' Finest

AUTHOR: Brian Miller | IN: Dolphins | COMMENTS: None Yet |

This week, Phinphanatic and  “Nice Pick, Cowher“, the Steeler blog for the Fan-Sided network, decided to swap blogs today.  I did a Miami Dolphins vs. Steeler preview and writer John Cihon submitted his.  Here is his submission on the day of the Monday night game in the Steel City.

The Miami Dolphins have the obvious Pittsburgh connection with Joey Porter, but he’s not the only one. 2006 NFL Defensive Player of the Year Jason Taylor is from Pittsburgh, and of course one can’t forget about Dan Marino. As I type this I sit in my house, less than half a mile from both Dan Marino’s childhood home and Dan Marino field. And saying all that, I’m glad to be guest-writing this week.

As bad a season as the Dolphins are having, I wanted to find something positive to say about them. Clearly, the team has problems, but I found one part of the team that has not failed to impress this year: the Miami Dolphins cheerleaders.

Lily tells us that since becoming a Miami Dolphins cheerleader, ‘My flexibility is improving because we stretch so much.’ She also tells us that she enjoys going to the beach, just like every other member of the Miami Dolphins cheerleaders say on the team’s website.

So Lily, while you’re cheering the team on, let’s take this opportunity to cheer on you and the rest of the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders.
