The Miami Dolphins are expected to announce tomorrow that Bill Parcells has agree to a 4 year deal to head the entire football operations for the team. According to the Miami Herald, Parcells and Miami have officially agreed to the deal.
Also according to the report, Parcells has already spoken with both Randy Mueller and Cam Cameron, although no speculation to their future has been decided.

Wow congrats. I thought for sure the Falcons had him. Parcells is one of the best talent evaluators there is. If anybody can turn Miami around he can.
