The Miami Dolphins have requested and received permission to interview Tennessee Titans Defensive Coordinator Jim Shwartz for the head coaching vacancy. He is scheduled to interview on Monday.

This is interesting. He does run a 3-4 defense, a good one. I think he is a legit condidate, but the job will most likely still go to Tony Sparano.
January 12th, 2008 at 5:08 pmI agree, I think that had the Cowboys won yesterday, then Schwartz may have in fact been the number 1 candidate. Also, could it be possible that Schwartz comes in as the HC and Sparano his OC? Not gonna happen..but still fun to actually wonder.
