Zach Thomas Offered Contract by New England

Zach Thomas - Media.Scout.comFormer Miami Dolphins standout linebacker looks as though he is heading to the darkside.  Zach Thomas arrived in New England today a free man, he left today with a contract offer.  The Patriots wasted little time in offering up the deal with Thomas scheduled to be in New Orleans and Dallas over the next two days.

The offer was made public by NFL.com’s Adam Schefter and the contract amount is not known.  Thomas who was released last week would join the odds on favorite to return to the Super Bowl next year.

Hey I called it too!  Check the comments in the "memories of Zach" thread...   My condolences to  Fins fans.  I'm a Steeler guy and I still feel physically ill when I see Steeler reject Mike Vrabel running around in silver and blue.
