The Miami Dolphins have signed WR Tab Perry of the Bengals. He will be returner in Miami for the near future. Perry has battled injuries but has a very high upside when healthy. The question is can he stay healthy. The signing of Perry also continues the recent trend of revamping the entire Miami special teams. It is assumed that Ted Ginn will have some of his return duties lessened so he can concentrate on becoming a wide receiver first.
In addition to the Perry signing, the Dolphins are also looking at veteran offensive lineman Justin Hartwig. Hartwig was with the Carolina Panthers last season.
