If he declared last year, he would have been a top 5 pick easy. There are less teams in the market this year for  starting QB. Aaron rodgers has had 2 major injury through the course of the last 2 seasons. It looks like the Packers will need someone good for sure. I am a hardcore packers Fan, and I love the Brohm Pick.
