From an office somewhere in the Miami Dolphins trainig center, the shadow lurking is called the Tuna. He really is there, somewhere. More like a rare endangered species, Bill Parcells rarely speaks with the media, and every now and then will be spotted staring down some player on a practice field. Yesterday, that rare species decided to make a statement about Jason Taylor.
When asked about whether or not he wanted JT to be with Miami this season, Bill “The Tuna” Parcells said, “Of course. Why wouldn’t you want one of the very best players?” That’s it. Simple. To the point. Overwith.
Parcells also called the rift between the defensive end and himself a “fabrication“. Parcells has now likely gone back into his cave for another few months.
