Merling Signs, Henne Closes IN
:BREAKING NEWS:
The Miami Dolphins officially start camp tomorrow, but they will not have to worry about rookie holdouts. 2nd round pick DE Phillip Merling has signed his deal and will report to the teams meetings this evening. Merling’s deal is for 4 years but financial terms are not “immediately” known.
On the other side of the 2nd round is QB Chad Henne, who as of yet has not signed, but word is that he is close and the deal should be done within the hour.
