My doesn’t that just sound sweet to hear? I mean seriously, not mini-camp broke and “wow that guy made a great move” even though he had no pads on…I mean, this is it folks, this is the Miami Dolphins season right here, right now. I love this!!!
So a few more tid bits of information from the morning practice, unlike last year when the reporters could literally type away to us live, now they have to wait until breaks in the action to run inside, type it up, and pass it on…so info is not as easy to get.
Still, there is always something:
- Stephen Ross, the Phins new owner, was on hand for the morning session.
- Davone Bess is looking good.
- Bill Parcells was joined by former Packer guru Ron Wolfe at practice. Both stood away from the field.
- Henne’s abscense is no big deal say Tony Sparano as he would have been sitting today anyways…what about the conditioning there coach?
- Sparano said in a question about Terry Glenn that Glenn looked like a playmaker last year when he was on the field after returning from 2 surgeries to his right knee…Glenn has not been released by the Cowboys…yet.
- Jake Long had to mistakes, including a false start, that rewarded him with a lap around the field…discipline…I love it.
- Jason Ferguson was taken into the practice bubble for an IV after he got dehydrated. Last seasons Phins would have given him the day off….this year, he was back on the field in under 30.
