Yet Another Hanging Chad In Florida
The Dolphins are at camp, Chad Henne is not as he hangs out in the parking lot waiting for his deal to get done. Let’s get this straight, the Miami Dolphins have their top 2nd rounder Phillip Merling in camp. He could have played games asking for number 32 money than in normal years is as a first rounder. The Dolphins have Kendall Langford taken in the top spot of round 3 in camp and under contract. But Noooooooo, late 2nd round pick QB Chad Henne couldn’t get the deal done.
So what gives? Are they barking back and forth about years? Money? What? There is zero excuses for the guy to not only be in camp, but he should have been signed yesterday at the latest. This is a joke.
Henne wants to be given a chance to compete for the starting job. You can’t do that listening to your Ipod in the parking lot. Henne is a late round 2nd rounder who is holding out…are you freaking serious? Apparently they are.
