According to the Ft. Worth Star Telegram, Terry “She” Glenn is on his way to Miami to reunite with all his other Dallas Cowboy teammates. Glenn who is 34 years old, was released this past Friday. Speculation grew that the Phins would immediately be interested. It has apparently taken a few days.
Glenn would be a much needed veteran addition to the WR corp even if only in a backup role. His 1.74 million dollar contract with the Cowboys was too much for Jerry Jones to risk. Asking Glenn to sign an injury waiver claim, Glenn refused which led to his release.
Said Tony Sparano this past weekend when asked about Glenn “When Terry came back at the end of the year I watched him in the Giant week he was with us, and he looked like the Terry Glenn that I knew.”
While in New England, Bill Parcells was asked about Terry Glenn’s health. He replied “She” will be fine.
The rumor is Glenn will sign by the end of the week.
