Player Of The Week

AUTHOR: Brian Miller | IN: Dolphins | COMMENTS: 4 Comments |

Well, this one won’t be an easy one by any stretch.  The Miami Dolphins pulled off another upset on Sunday and this time did by taking over the 4th quarter and scoring 18 unanswered second half points following the Bills 3rd quarter TD that put them up 16 to 7.

Do you vote for Ted Ginn and his 175 yards?  Do you vote for Chad Pennington for getting the ball downfield accurately to Ginn?  Do you vote for the game changing defending LB Joey Porter for his non-stop harrassment of Bills QB Trent Edwards?  What about a defensive secondary that kept Lee Evans and the Bills receivers in check?  Tough one to call…glad it’s yours to make and not mine!  Who deserves this weeks Phinphanatic Player of the Week?

Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.

B, Porter had 2 forced fumbles and one recovery. He took the ball away from Edawrds on that third down where he extened the ball out.

Look for the player of the week to be an offensive guy next week. The Broncos defense is Offensive(See old Peyton Manning commercial). We have a tendency to play up/down to our competition so lets hope for a good performance.

I will be interested to see how the Phins play the Broncos who will be coming off a bye week.
