Your Wife Is A Whore

There I said it. Roger Goodell can now fine me. Come on Rog, fine me. I think the amount should be somewhere betwenn 7 and 15 thousand dollars depending on whether or not the person I said it to decides to punch me on top of my bald head.

Haven’t figured out what I mean yet?

Well according to reports, Joey Porter has been fined by the league, 7,500 bucks for two unsportsmanlike penalties against the Patriots for, are you ready for this…”Verbal Abuse“. Yep, that’s right. He has been fined because his mouth apparently opened and after a play he “trash talked” to an opponent. Let me say that again…he trash talked.

Back in October, Porter was fined 20,000 for criticizing the officiating after the game. ”I think the officiating sucked” apparently costs 5,000 dollars more than say grabbing a guy by his hair and wailing on his head.

What we do know is that Channing Crowder opened his yap and apparently called Matt Light’s wife a doozy, so much so that Light broke into fist-a-cuffs over it and hit Crowder 3 times. Whatever was said was enough to get CC a 15,000 dollar fine and justify Light’s actions to avoid suspension.

Justin Smiley on the other hand has been fined 5K for a low block on Richard Seymour that was actually accidental according to Smiley who is not known as a dirty player. It seems to me that the NFL is all screwed up since Roger Goodell has taken over. The CBA is a non-existent joke but Pacman Jones still has a job after what, 10 chances? Even though half of the Bengals team isn’t on the field.

So “your wife is a whore” gets you 7.5K unless of course you hit me for saying it. Then it’s another 7.5.

“Verbal Abuse”? Are they effin serious? Hell, Bryan Cox would have played football for free had Roger been the Commissioner back then. Verbal abuse, fighting, finger salutes….tsk tsk tsk.
