		<description>First and foremost, I think a lot of people are making too much of the &quot;progress stopper&quot; comment.  Player A can only stop the progress of Player B only if Player B can actually progress.  IOW, if it becomes obvious that Player B is never going to be in the same class as Player A,  then, generally speaking, giving Player B more playing time than Player A simply because Player B is younger would be detrimental to the team.  Second, sometimes players learn more by being sat- if nothing else, it should teach them that playing time is earned.</description>
