Good news for those hoping the Dolphins will sign Richie Incognito, the lineman will stay in Miami after his visit with Miami earlier today. The Miami Herald’s Jeff Darlington is reporting:
G Richie Incognito will stay overnight in South Florida as his agent takes over situation. Dolphins like him. It’s now a matter of how much.
I’m told Incognito’s visit has gone well so far. Team is concerned about past — but not too concerned to resist signing him for right coin.
This could mean many things, ranging from Incognito could be close to signing with the Dolphins to he simply didn’t want to catch a late flight. It’s the off-season though and a time for optimism so I’m hoping this means he’s strongly considering coming on board to improve our offensive line. We may know tomorrow.
