		<description>No, they used the lowest tender which requires no draft pick compensation.  They just have the right to match any offer before letting him walk.

It would be a win-win situation to set the market for the remaining FA&#039;s.  Although I guess him and his agent would have to agree to the terms and $$.  Which may not be easy.  

Just surprised no word of OJ A. in talks with anyone.</description>
