David Martin Is Back

The Miami Dolphins must not be too pleased with their options at TE after Anthony Fasano.  Earlier today a familiar face was spotted in the lineup.  TE David Martin.  Yes, the very same.

Martin was released from the team last December after spending the season on IR following a knee scope way back in September.  The Dolphins saw fit to bring him out of his Tennessee home to compete with Joey Haynos, John Nalbone, and that loser that walked out on the team last year.

In any case, Martin has some big hands and will try and make the roster for his ability to use his size to fend off defenders.  The question here is this.  Have the Dolphins given up on the other TE’s on the roster or is this strictly due dillegence?

Either way, an old face is back at camp, competing.

In other Phins news, WR Greg Camarillo missed practice time with a groin injury.
