Henning Is Done In Miami

According to multiple sources, none of which are mine, Dan Henning has pulled himself away from the Miami Dolphins and his three year tenure as Offensive Coordinator is done.  That loud yell you hear is the Miami Dolphins fans across the nation screaming thank God!

The Dolphins themselves are still the talk of the NFL and not in a good way.  The team still has made no official mention on a head coach, be it Tony Sparano or anyone else and it appears that everything changes by the hour and by who you decide to listen to.  Will Jim Harbaugh accept a mega-million salary to join the Dolphins as reported earlier or will he opt to stay at Stanford or join another NFL franchise?

For now, I still stand by my source that terms have been agreed upon and that the team has some in house things to take care of before any announcement can be made…but I may not be sticking by him too long, (wink).

While the Phins wait, Andrew Luck decided not to.  He opted to stay at Stanford instead of coming out for the NFL.  The decision to stay in school shakes up the top spot in the draft.  Jerry Richardson said he had no plans to trade the pick, that may now change, but will there be any takers?  And who now is the consensus overall number 1 pick?  Is it even a QB?

The first playoff game of the 2010 season has yet to be played and already there is more drama than the entire NFL season…well, that didn’t involve the Jets anyways.
