What’s Free about Free Agency?

Nothing….we are never going to sign a player for nothing, it will never happen.  The only exception is signing a returning player so that he can retire a Dolphin – which is an admirable thing; a la Zach Thomas…do you think there will be a same reception for Jason Taylor? That’s another discussion all together.

What we need to do is find some ‘acorns’ that can develop within our system and eventually push our draft and free agent selections for starting time; perfect example, Davon Bess.

Who are the undrafted free agents that can provide some healthy competition to our team and won’t cost us salary cap room, let’s take a look.

    Yo Mon,

No doubt you hit the teams needs right on the head and those are all good prospects.

I especially like the thought of a 6’6″, 261 pound TE with speed. Reminds me of Tony G. Funny how TE is one of the teams deepest positions, but weakest in talent.

    Good job!

Thanks brov! I am more interested in Moten and McDaniels…but i do agree, if we don’t make a trade for Finely, let’s get a hybrid TE…but i do want to see what Clay can do….he could be a steal (like Bell) was in the 6th round

I wish we just had taken Earl Thomas last year.At 21 he had 76 tackles and 5 picks, with the seahawks…

Can’t play the woulda coulda shoulda of card my friend. We got two great promising players in return with Misi and Odrick, let’s wait and see what happens….but Thomas did look great last year!
