A Special Thanks To All Of You!

Over the last four months, I have been neck deep in anything and everything related to the NFL lockout, the labor negotiations, and the CBA.  It was more often than not, slanted to the side of the owners, and I did so knowingly and purposefully.  Over that time frame, I realize that topics related to the Miami Dolphins in general were few and far between and even then were a bit repetitive in nature.

Many of you have taken the time to read almost all of those posts and regardless of your thoughts on the matter or as opposed to my views as you were, the comments were enjoyable and the Emails…well, not so much most of the time.  Still, this is and has been a Miami Dolphins site since day one.  The first year we started this site, we had labor strife on the horizon, in year two we went down to the wire with that labor strike, now, for the next 10 years, that won’t be an issue.

I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for sticking it out here on our site, for coming here for your information as it related to the labor lockout and specifically for allowing me the freedom to cover the topic as in depth as I could.

I also wanted to take a moment to thank the staff over at Profootballtalk.com for being an unbelievable source of solid information throughout the last four months.  Coupled with my own personal sources of information, I hope that my goal of keeping you updated did just that.

With that said, I am very happy to say that this will be my LAST article regarding the labor issues…provided that you indulge me in announcing that the NFLPA re-certifies later this week.

Thanks again to all of you for making Phinphanatic.com what it is and thank you more for allowing me to be…well…self indulgent these last four months!

Now, LET’S TALK MIAMI DOLPHINS FOOTBALL!!!

For a great breakdown of the CBA information and what is in it, click the below image.  It’s a solid breakdown of what the new CBA has in store.
