The NFL and the NFLPA have agreed to a new CBA that apparently has been accepted by the 11 named plaintiffs in the anti-trust suit against the NFL and has been accepted by the 32 team player representatives. A vote is expected to come officially today and then a vote by the players as well. With the agreement reached, there is still some lingering questions as to when exactly the new league year will start and players can start moving around.
Some say that actual free agency will start on Saturday while others believe that teams can start agreeing to deals as soon as noon tomorrow with teams being allowed to start negotiating with their own players as soon as 4 PM today.
What this really comes down to is an insane week of trading, rumors, player movement, and signings the likes of which have never been seen in the NFL.
Stay tuned, this ride is going to be crazy!
