New England Adds Albert Haynesworth To D’Line

The New England Patriots don’t need a nose tackle on their defensive line, they have Vince Wilfork.  Earlier today, the Patriots decided to add some beef to their line in the form of former Pro-Bowler and very high-profile DT Albert Haynesworth.

The Washington Redskins have wanted to move their extremely expensive blunder shortly after they acquired him.  Haynesworth has spent his time with the Redskins being lazy, not finishing plays, and taking plays off.  He won’t do that with Bill Belichick.  The Patriots received Haynesworth and what will surely be a re-worked contract for a 5th round pick.

Haynesworth could simply continue his poor play or he can revert back to his all-pro form and make Belichick look like a genius…again.  The reality is the Patriots needed a big man on that line and Haynesworth has the talent physically, can the Patriots milk him mentally to get it out of him?
