None of which outside of Solder are making major impacts for the team, the 2010 draft: Brandon Spikes is starting at ILB with only 39 tackles. With 12 picks the best they got was Hernandez and Gronkowski. Devin McCourty is a starter but isn't "all that" yet. Still that is only 4 players out of 12 worth anything. In 2009 they had 12 picks and 6 were in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. Only Pat Chung is playing these days. In 2008 7 picks and only Jerod Mayo made an impact. 2007 saw 9 draft picks and the best player was Merriweather who they cut. All told, that's 5 years of drafting with 49 picks in that time and 11 players are starting with only about 8 players having a big impact on the team.
