Ben Volin of the Palm Beach Post reported earlier today that 30 of the 32 NFL teams have notified the NFL that they wish to rollover un-used cap space from last season. The Miami Dolphins were one of those teams. The move give Jeff Ireland approximately 9.5 million more to work with this year. The Dolphins are projected to be around 15 million under the cap at the start of free agency and can “borrow” another 1.4 million from next season.
Free Agency starts two weeks from today.
