Join Our Fight For Cancer!

Last year, PhinPhanatic.com raised over 500.00 dollars for the Miami Dolphins Cycling Challenge to benefit the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.  Our site, along with the other fan websites raised over 1,700.00 in the name of Tom Eddie, a former webmaster of a Dolphins fan site who lost his own battle with cancer a few years ago.

It goes without saying that all of that would not have been possible without the tremendous support of our readers.

This year we are striving to knock that number out of the park.  Both on a site level and as  an entire network of Dolphins fan sites.  Tom Eddie was such a prominent and well respected member of the Dolphins community, that the Dolphins named their “Best Overall Site” Webbie award, The Tom Eddie Award.  PhinPhinatic is very proud to say that we received that award last year.

To donate, there are two ways.   First you can send your donation to Bmiller.Phan@Gmail.com VIA Paypal and the entire donated amount (I will pay all of the PayPal fees) will be donated in the name of our site.  The second way to donate is to follow this link and donate directly in his name.  It does not matter if you put our sites name on your donation or not.

We will be accepting donations from now until the first week of November in any amount from $1.00 and up.  Anyone who donates VIA option 1 will be added to our donation page list unless you request not to be and their name will appear in our final donation article prior to the deadline.  I have no way of tracking option 2.

The money that is generated by this event is not simply used for the Miami hospital.  The research that is done at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center provides valuable tools for all of our nation and others in the fight against cancer.  Join us this fall as we try once again to support the Miami Dolphins and the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Another way to donate is to join any one of our fantasy football leagues where a percentage of the 25.00 entry fee is added into the charity donation amount.  For more information on this option, see one of our FF posts on our main site page.
