That looks to be about it for the day, no the Dolphins have not added players to their practice squad. Teams had until 4pm to add players from their own cleared waiver players. After 4, teams could add players who were eligible from cleared waivers. It’s likely the Dolphins will wait until tomorrow or announce their initial list later this evening. Chances are, once that squad is revealed, a number of players will eventually be swapped out.

The Seattle Seahawks released TE Kellen Winslow after he refused a pay cut. While he would fit the Dolphins TE end philosophy on the field, he may not be a fit off of it.

Reports are surfacing that the NY Jets have claimed WR Clyde Gates off waivers. It’s pretty bad when a team is claiming Dolphins players. This is the second player the team has claimed off waivers from the Dolphins today.

Any minute now the Miami Dolphins will be notified of their waiver wire claims. They will then need to remove the same number of players from the 53 man roster. Like yesterday, this will serve as our update article for the rest of the day.
