Report: Brian Hartline Agrees to Stay With the Miami Dolphins for Five More Years

Miami Dolphins will be highly active in the free agency market, and on Friday they got right to work signing their own wide receiver, Brian Hartline.

According to ProFootballTalk.com, Brian Hartline will sign off on a five-year deal worth $30.8 million. Since the free agency period doesn’t start until Tuesday, the wide receiver will have to wait to officially sign.

Hartline became a big threat for opponents as well as a friendly receiver to rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill. The three-year target recorded career-best 74 catches for 1,083 yards in the 2012 season.

All signs point to an advertising market for Jeff Ireland and staff, so keep tabs on Saturday and beyond to see what else is in stored for the near future.
