The Miami Dolphins have tendered LB Austin Spitler for 1.3 million. The first restricted free agent to get a tender. They also tendered exclusive rights free agents, Pat Devlin at 480K and CB RJ Sanford at 630K.
This according to Ben Volin of the Palm Beach Post.
