Packer No More, Jennings Jumps To Vikings

The Green Bay Packers will see Greg Jennings at Lambeau Field this year, it will just be in a Minnesota Vikings uniform.  After days of back and forth and speculation, Jennings finally agreed to join the Vikings.

Jennings was a pre-free agency top choice of the Miami Dolphins but when the market opened, Jennings was nowhere on the Dolphins radar.  In fact, he wasn’t on anyone’s radar.  Jennings spoke candidly with the media in regards to wanting a big salary stating he was seeking a 12 million annual deal.  Only the Vikings entered into contract talks with him.  It’s unknown at this time what the final deal was for.

Jennings will turn 30 before the start of the season and is coming off a season that he spent most of on the injured list.

I knew there was a reason the vikes and packers players do alot of hugging each other after the games last season. The Bears just leave the field. This is why Lovie is gone (comment on tv, “Go Packers” Well, the bears don’t play that chummy shit like the vikes and packers. Packer fans check out the friendliness of your team with the vikings team. Those two teams have never been rivals. The Bears and the Packers are rivals. The vikes were never rivals to anyone. For me, they’re still considered the New Kids on the Block.
