The NFL will release it’s full regular schedule during a primetime NFL Network schedule sometime around the 16th of April.  Today, we learn who the Miami Dolphins will play in their preparation for that regular season.

The fans of the Miami Dolphins won’t wait too long.  Already announced at the owners meetings, the Phins will open their season on August 4th against the Dallas Cowboys in the NFL’s annual Hall of Fame Game.  The early week will likely force the Dolphins to open camp a week earlier than other NFL teams not named the Cowboys.

The following week the Dolphins will take a trip up I-95 to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars in week 2 of the pre-season.

During the weekend of August of 15th to 19th (week 2) the Dolphins fly to Houston where they will face the Houston Texans in their third game of the season before coming home and facing in-state rival Tampa Bay.

The Dolphins will round out their pre-season schedule with a home game against the New Orleans Saints.  It’s safe to say that the teams pre-season schedule is no less tasking than their regular season.
