Near Perfect Attendance On Dolphins Day 1 OTA's

The Miami Dolphins players got their first look at the teams locker room with the new logo splashed around it.  Today the team opened up their voluntary first set of OTA’s.  With the start of the off-season workouts many new faces arrived at their lockers today in near perfect attendance.

Only DT Randy Starks was not at the team facility for today’s start to off-season sessions.

Mike Wallace, Dustin Keller, Danelle Ellerbe, Brandon Gibson, Phillip Wheeler, Brent Grimes, Vaughn Martin, Lance Louis, and Patrick Scales all have made their first team function.

While Starks’ absence is a little surprising considering he has signed his franchise tender, veteran players sometimes skip the voluntary workouts as they prepare elsewhere on their own.  Regardless a 99% attendance on day one of the voluntary sessions is impressive for a team looking to take major forward steps in 2013.
