Dolphins Ink 2nd Round Pick Taylor

The Miami Dolphins continue to sign their draft picks from this past April.  Today it has been announced that the team has come to a 4 year agreement with 2nd round pick Jamar Taylor.

Taylor a CB is expected to fill the hole left by Sean Smith who departed for Kansas City VIA free agency.  Taylor however is limited due to a sports hernia operation that will keep him out of OTA’s and mini-camps.  He is expected to be ready for the start of training camp.  The Dolphins will need Smith to be ready for camp as they are thin at the position.  Brent Grimes formerly of the Atlanta Falcons was brought in as a one year free agent but Grimes too will miss parts of the off-season as he recoups from his Achilles injury suffered in week one last season.
