Trent Richardson Traded To Colts

The Miami Dolphins are 2-0 and faced Cleveland Browns running back Trent Richardson in week one.  In week two they faced a Colts team who was reeling from no running back help at all prompting Colts owner Jim Irsay to Tweet out his GM asking for a RB trade.  “Come on let’s make this happen!” he said.

Today it happened.  The Cleveland Browns have confirmed they have traded former number one pick, RB Trent Richardson to the Indianapolis Colts for what is being reported as a first round pick compensation.

Last year Irsay made reference to making a trade and shortly thereafter traded for then Miami Dolphin Vontae Davis.

Richardson should make an immediate impact on the Colts roster.
