Dolphins Add Wallace/Pouncey To Injury Report

The Atlanta Falcons are going to be a tough team beat.  If the Dolphins don’t have Mike Wallace and Mike Pouncey in the lineup it’s going to be much harder.  Surprising many today, Wallace was listed on the NFL injury report as questionable with a groin injury.  Pouncey was also added with an ankle injury.  Also questionable.

The two join Dolphins CB Dimitri Patterson and DT Paul Solia as the headliners of the teams report.  Both Solia and Patterson are out for this Sunday.

The Dolphins may have both rookies back this week to fill Patterson’s void.  Will Davis and Jamar Taylor are both listed as probable.  While it is good to see them potentially get their first action of the season, it’s hard to imagine they would do well against either Roddy White or Julio Jones.

The Dolphins kick-off at 4:00 p.m.

We’re like in so much trouble offensively for this game… ouch!!!! Forget the pocket, roll Tannehill constantly, double TE set from the shotgun and hope like hell. This was already struggling O-Line, with Pouncey the risks are enormous. I am not just talking about losing this game, I’m talking about a REAL risk of injury to our QB. Our strength is going to be to try to turn this game into a defensive match, with our defense blanketing the ever so tricky Atlanta TE formation and rushing Ryan back to Georgia…. we do this, we may win and what is more important avoid further injury to our QB.
