The news for Miami Dolphins CB Dimitri Patterson appears to be good.  Last night Patterson was injured on a quick hit WR pass when he landed awkwardly on what appeared to be his arm.  He did not return and was replaced by R.J. Sanford.  According to a report by Adam Beasley, Patterson’s injury is not considered serious and he should be available by the teams next game, a Monday nighter against Tampa.

Patterson missed the first month of the season with a groin issue and has been one of the most productive players in the Dolphins secondary.

I worry about “should be available” with Patterson… last time they rushed it and it took a little while

I swear this guy plays 2 quarters of football every couple of weeks and still is #1 on the team for INT’s.

I know! Weird, isn’t it? I wish he could stay on the field all game every game.
