If Miami continues to win I think Ireland is safe. Clay, and Vernon are having pro bowl years. The offensive line is loads better than it has been. Sam Brenner is a find at guard. Egnew has shown flashes. Tannehill is improving. He has learned to throw the ball away. Clabo is not the turnstile at RT he was.

I agree tpl…Still not sure if I want Ireland around any longer though.

In the final analysis, its Ross’ call whether or not Ireland stays. But, Ireland is still a young GM I believe, and will, hopefully, get better with time.

I don’t like Ireland’s dictatorship type attitude. For some reason he thinks he knows more than anyone who’s ever sat in a GM’s chair only to make some really questionable player personnel decisions. I hope your right tpl, but I doubt it. The reason we couldn’t land one of the big name coaches out there is because of Ireland looking for a yes man who wouldn’t dare challenge any of his decisions.

Armando Salguero is a tool. I love the crappy reporting in this article. First he says it is, then updates with it isn’t. Know your stuff before you report moron. This guy has been a joke all year round from his horrible opinion laced trashing of our locker room to this kind of crap. Just ask the GOP. Any idiot like this guy can flip flop and apparently report it. Please remove him from your rotation of writers.

Mando’s reports are based on which way the wind is blowing. This “bully gate” incident was purely driven by the so fla sports media, Fansided included. With Ireland we can continue to look for a “middle of the road” football team. Im hoping the Dolphins can run the table but are they really a playoff team?

This team has some great talent, there is no doubt. I awlays thought this year we could gel together as a young team, add some depth next offseason and make a good run. We are in a great cap situation for next year and I only expect improvements moving forward. Keeping this team intact for the most part is very important. Sign Grimes and Solia to extentions and since we are so young bring some veteran depth in for help. We need to learn how to finish games. Thats the bad thing about having such a young team

I’ve been crying for Sherman’s head all season long. I don’t understand why Philbin doesn’t take over the play calling. He’s gotta be able to see that Sherman is confused and can’t work with game flow or does he have common sense for that matter.
