Dolphins Add CB Gaitor

The Miami Dolphins are still tinkering with their roster, which makes my upcoming annual preview guide a continual re-work.  Today they added former Tampa Bay CB Anthony Gaitor.  A third year pro, Gaitor is very familiar to Dolphins GM Dennis Hickey.

The Dolphins are looking to add depth to a unit that many consider inferior.  As of today, FA Cortland Finnegan and his fully guaranteed salary, is lining up across the field from Brent Grimes.  Yesterday, Finnegan caught his first OTA pick off Ryan Tannehill.  Behind Finnegan are last years draft class corners who combined for just over 100 snaps all season, Jamar Taylor and Will Davis as well as this years draft pick Walt Aikens.  The Dolphins need someone to stand up and command the position like Grimes did last year.

Last season, Gaitor missed all of the year with a torn ACL.
