Dolphins Part Ways With Cameron Marshall...Again

The Miami Dolphins added a former Tampa Bay Buccaneer CB earlier today.  We now know who’s roster spot he took.  Today the Dolphins cut RB Cameron Marshall.  Marshall was released last year after disappointing time in training camp only to be re-signed later.

Marshall was injured last season and went unclaimed, landing on the Dolphins injury list prior to the start of last season.  The Dolphins who have questions at the position are relying on Lamar Miller and free agent Knowshon Moreno to handle the bulk of the load while Daniel Thomas looks to continue his attempts to look like he should be here.

This time it’s not likely that Marshall will be back.

We have too many backs… I knew it was just a matter of time…

Lamar Miller and Knowshon Moreno should be a great combination in the backfield! They should be a one-two punch like “Dash” (Knowshon) and “Flash” (Lamar)! Getting the running game to be a concern for opposing defenses, will open up the passing game! Having Knowshon in the backfield to pick the blitz will give Tannehill a little more time to throw deep to Wallace! Can we say “Big Play!”

That would have been a great time to let Daniel Thomas go.

Any time would be a good time to let Daniel Thomas go!
