Hope you all had a pleasant 4th of July! The weekend is not over yet and the picnics concerts and late night fireworks by your next door neighbor are still disrupting the neighborhood…I would guess. We took a couple of days off here while we enjoyed the time to celebrate our nations birthday but it is time to get back the business of finding the best of the Miami Dolphins.
Today we move on to number 38.
Leroy Harris 1977-78, Bob Torrey 1979, Terry Robiskie 1980-81, Clarence Bailey 1987 replacement player, Bruce Plummer 1988, Willard Reaves 1989, Calvin Jackson 1994-99, Kevin Williams 2000, Quintin Williams 2004, Patrick Cobbs 2006-2010, Richard Medlin 2011, and Julian Posey 2012.
Number 39 – Larry Csonka. Ummm, yeah. It’s too bad we didn’t have someone else to allow you to vote on 39 but Larry Csonka was the only player to wear the number. So because of that he wins by default…it’s really too bad he didn’t do anything to deserve it. That’s sarcasm for those of you literal readers.
Number 40 – Bo Roberson – 1966, Dick Anderson 1968-1977, Mike Kozlowski 1981-86, replacement John Swain in 87, Irving Spikes 94-96, Ray Green 2001-02, Sean McDermott 2003, Donovin Darius 2007, Jonathan Amaya 2010, Charles Alexander 2011, and Anderson Russell 2012. I really don’t feel like putting up a poll question here, I will just give it Spikes, I mean Darius, o.k. Kozlowski who actually probably wore the uniform the 2nd best of this group. Reality we all know is a no-brainer sometimes so that is why of course, Dick Anderson wore the number better than anyone else.
Willie Pearson 1969, Norris Thomas 1977-79, Fulton Walker 81-84, Mark Konecny 87 replacement player, African Grant 1990, Keith Byars 93-96, Scott McGarrahan 2001, Joey Thomas 2008, Evan Oglesby 2009, and Javorskie Lane 2012. Hey you get to vote on this one!
