The Miami Dolphins held a workout for free agent Rex Grossman today along with John Skelton and Brady Quinn. If you follow Armando Salguero you would have likely read his plea for Tim Tebow. Tebow, for now isn’t going to happen but could Brady Quinn?
With Grossman out of the picture and Skelton as well, Brady Quinn could get some time with the team if they decide to sign him.
Quinn would give the Dolphins a good back-up that could compete with Seth Lobato and Pat Devlin and possibly even Matt Moore who is in his last contract season. The irony of course is that under Cam Cameron the Dolphins were fully expected to draft Quinn but opted instead to draft Ted Ginn, Jr. While Jr.’s time in Miami wasn’t good, he has made a decent career in the NFL with both San Francisco and Carolina. Brady Quinn’s career has been a lot less significant.
