It’s week 13 in the NFL and the Miami Dolphins will travel to Baltimore to take on the Ravens. December has not been kind to Miami over the past decade so we will see if the Dolphins are finally turning the proverbial corner.

While the Dolphins are getting healthier they have yet to get fully healthy and while they are riding a six game win streak, doing so with missing offensive lineman, this weeks game will prove to be much tougher.

For the Dolphins, cornerback Xavien Howard and Mike Pouncey are definitely out. Howard has been out with a knee injury and Pouncey will miss his third straight game after injuring his hip.

With Pouncey out again, the job will fall on the shoulders of Anthony Steen at center. Steen has done a serviceable job and is getting better. The Ravens defensive line is one of the best in the NFL and Steen will have his hands full. But he will be getting some help.

The Dolphins are hopeful that both LT Branden Albert and LG Laremy Tunsil will both be back in the lineup this week. Albert suffered a broken wrist two weeks ago while Tunil has a shoulder injury. Miami is far better with the two of them in the lineup. Especially in the running game.

Joining Tunsil and Albert with the questionable tag is last weeks hero Kiko Alonso who has a hamstring injury. Jermon Bushrod, Kenyan Drake, Jelani Jenkins, Earl Mitchell, and DeVante Parker are also listed as questionable.

Of those names Parker is not likely to play. Parker suffered a back injury when he landed awkwardly against the 49’ers after making a catch. With Parker sidelined this week the Dolphins worked out four receivers before signing a receiver off the practice squad.

For the Ravens there is not too much going on. TE Crockett Gillmore, T Alex Lewis, and RB Lorenzo Taliaferro are out. Buck Allen is doubtful and Kamar Aiken and CB Jimmy Smith are questionable however Smith returned to practice this week and will likely play.
