Giving Thanks
By Brian Miller
So here we are, another Thanksgiving Day. From all of us here at Phinphanatic.com we wish you a very happy Thanksgiving. May you spend it with the ones you love and the ones that love you. May you be safe and your family be blessed.
To our soldiers serving abroad, know that we are all thinking of you and giving thanks for your service in protecting this great nation, this country that we call home. Your selfless acts do not go unappreciated, and we all miss you! ArmyRN – You are never out of my thoughts stay safe and come back to our forum soon!
With this Thanksgiving I wanted to take a moment to let you know what things that I give thanks for the most.Without question my family is number 1. I have enjoyed a great life and a wife who supports my writing and understands the importance of this site to me. Without her, I truly wouldn’t enjoy this half as much. In addition, she has given me something that nothing else has ever done. She has given me my son, Logan. Logan is by far the most important thing in my life and I simply cherish every solitary minute I have with him. Knowing that someday, he will be a phone call away as opposed to simply downstairs.
I am fortunate that I have both my parents alive and together, a large family of siblings that include 4 brothers and one sister and a slew of nieces and nephews. I also am thankful for my wifes family whom over the years I have grown very close to.
Certainly not the least of what I am thankful for is all of you. My friends, readers of this site. Those of you I know in person and those of you who I know through typed words and small photos. It has been a real pleasure to write this site for the last five years and talk to you about the Miami Dolphins. Without you all, there would be no site and I would simply be driving someone crazy on a forum or even getting banned.
Thanks to all of you, I have been fortunate to talk to many Miami Dolphins players current and present, interview members of the teams management, attend a weekend event that the Dolphins put on for Webmasters of fan sites. Like this one. I call a lot of people in this world my friend, but none of them would be such without all of you in the first place.
To that, I say thank you and I look forward to meeting so many more of you in the future!
May you all have one helluva great holiday season.
