PhinPhanatic Fantasy Football Leagues Starting Now

It’s the end of July which can only mean two things. The Miami Dolphins and the NFL are gearing up for the start of the 2012 season with training camps beginning and the start of fantasy football.

Last season we hosted 4 leagues on ESPN that were pay leagues and one free league. This year, we will continue hosting as many leagues as we need. To get things started I will begin with the payout leagues as the free leagues are much easier to set up. The entry fee for all leagues will be 25.00 dollars and payout on 20 per team. The remaining will be used towards Paypal fees and our annual charity drive.

This years payouts will be first place: 160.00 2nd: 50.00 and 3rd: 30.00

If you want to play in these leagues, (standard rosters and scoring), simply send the 25.00 dollar entry fee to PhinPhanatic23@yahoo.com via Paypal only, and I will send you the invitation to the league.

There will be a two league maximum per player. If you wish to be in two leagues, please submit dues for each league. In the event that a league does not fill, you will be refunded your entry fee. Draft dates and times will be decided on upon by the league by will be conducted after 7pm Eastern time Monday – Friday. At this time there will be no Saturday or Sunday drafts.

I will be holding open entry from now until leagues are filled or the second week of August whichever comes first. After August 1st, I will set up two free leagues but will not be taking holds on that league at this time.

As was the case last season, I will participate in the leagues as a team owner and serve as the Commissioner of the league but all league decisions will be made by the members of the league as a majority rule. No player can have more than one team in any league. One team from each league will be designated a co-commissioner.

Draft orders will be randomized after the league is full. At which time a league vote will determine whether the league will or will not allow trading of draft picks. If you wish to only be in a league that either does allow or does not allow draft pick trading please indicate that in your Email to me. If no indication is made, you will be placed in either league that has openings.

The leagues are played and hosted on ESPN and on Yahoo. Please include which hosting site you wish to join. If you have no preference please indicate that on your Email to me.

Note:  All leagues will use standard scoring and rosters.  There will be no IDP’s.  Our site will also consider serving as Commissioner for your league for a small fee.  Please inquire VIA Email.  In the event that you have friends you wish to participate with in one of our leagues, please notify me upon your request for joining the league and have them submit their dues along with yours at the same time.
