The Miami Dolphins have now entered offseason mode, therefore it’s officially time to shift our focus towards the draft! What better way to kick it off than to take a look at my big board for the upcoming 2014 NFL Draft.

Note: We have yet to get official declarations from all juniors intending to enter the draft, therefore this list will include those who have either declared or are thought to declare, while also ruling out those who have stated they will return to school for another season.

From this week moving forward I will be taking a look at collegiate prospects the Miami Dolphins should be taking a look at to fill specific needs. I will be positing 2-3 scouting articles per week containing the player’s metrics, where the player succeeds, where the player struggles, and a desirable round range for each specific player.

First on our list will be OT Taylor Lewan of Michigan. Check back tomorrow for our scouting take on Lewan!
