8:  TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins, Washington

The Dolphins need a playmaking TE and this could be their best chance to land a top player who can start from day one.  If the Dolphins drafted Seferian-Jenkins he would likely leapfrog everyone but Charles Clay on the depth chart come training camp.  S-J is a smart ball hawking TE who has a large frame similar to than of Jermichael Finley.  The Dolphins would find immediate use for the TE and their long term problems would be solved.

S-J however is projected to go in the first or second round likely between Miami picks.  It would be an absolute coup if the Dolphins were able to land him with the 18th selection in round two.  It’s hard to imagine that would happen as there are more than a few teams ahead of Miami that need TE help as well.  Still, if you want to dream, dream of a draft with Odell Beckham, Jr. in round one and Austin Seferian-Jenkins in round 2.
