Time To Think About Fantasy Football!

The fantasy football season has arrived and we will start filling our leagues soon. First we need to know if you are still interested in joining those leagues? This will be the fourth season of fantasy football hosted by PhinPhanatic.com.

Our leagues are designed to give each participant a chance to win some money as well as help the Miami Dolphins Foundation through charitable donations. Last season we raised over $200.00 dollars for the charities and this year we expect to do about the same if not more.

This season we will continue what we started last year. $20.00 entry fee with $5.00 going to our charity drives and $15.00 paid out to our winners. $100.00 will be paid out to the winner, $50.00 will be paid out to 2nd place, and $20.00 will be paid out to third place. You will compete against 10 other teams while the 12th team will be managed by me as the leagues Commissioner. That team is not eligible for prizes and will not pay into the prize pot to keep everything fair and orderly.

We will also consider hosting larger payout leagues including a $50.00 league that will all payout to the top three teams, I compete in that one. If we support this league again, it will be our third year with that type of league.

If you are interested in joining a weekly “Pick-em” league that will payout prizes please let me know as well. Entry fees for that league are donations of $1.00 or more and you do not need Paypal for that. Prizes packages are given out for 1st through 3rd and will be determined should interest be high enough in the league.

IMPORTANT: Title the Email, Fantasy Football and include what league/s you would want to be a part of. Once I have seen the amount of interest in the leagues we will begin to form those leagues within the next two weeks and then we will set draft dates and times.

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST have a PayPal account to buy your team I will no longer personally send winning payments VIA check or money order (the bank charged too much last year). If you do not have a PayPal account you will need to obtain one.

All leagues will have a standard roster size and will be held on ESPN’s free fantasy football.
