Miami Dolphins Look To Continue Years Of Change

It had appeared that the Miami Dolphins might be heading into a new direction, a positive one. The team had changed it’s logo and opened the season 3-0. Then all hell broke loose again. Jonathan Martin the teams 2nd round pick in 2012 walked off the team and quit. Richie Incognito was suspended for the remainder of the season and an NFL and NFLPA investigation began into accusations of bullying by Incognito and two other Dolphins lineman. The Dolphins would finish the season 8-8 but failed to win one of two remaining games in the last two weeks of the season to make the playoffs. After the season ended, offensive line coach Jim Turner was fired, as was the teams trainer who coincidentally was given the top trainer award in the NFL that same year.
